Delete in the app
The fastest way: open Hey Monkey → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and data will be removed from our systems.
You can request deletion of your Hey Monkey account and related data at any time. This page explains how to delete and which data is removed, and which data may be kept temporarily.

The fastest way: open Hey Monkey → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and data will be removed from our systems.
If you can't access the app, email support@heymonkey.app from the email address you registered with, using the subject “Delete Account”. We will verify and process your request.
Account information (email, display name); all transactions, categories, budgets, bill-splitting groups and people you added yourself; recurring transactions; notifications and personal preferences. Receipt images and voice are not stored, so there is nothing to delete.
Some technical backups, system logs, or diagnostics (with personal information removed) may be kept for a short time for security and operational reasons, then automatically deleted. Purchase/subscription information may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat per their policies.
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days. Remaining technical backups are cleared within up to 30 days.
